If you wish to upgrade the certified diamond you purchased from Raleigh Diamond, you will receive credit for the full amount invested, plus 10% on the original diamond towards the purchase of a new certified diamond, certified diamond stud earrings, or certified solitaire diamond pendant. Our policy applies to natural, GIA certified diamonds, GIA stud earrings, and GIA solitaire pendants. After at least one full year of ownership, if you wish to upgrade a qualifying diamond, you’ll receive credit for the original purchase price, plus 10%, to be used toward the purchase of a new diamond from us. The new diamond must be of an equal or greater price than the original diamond purchased. Also, the diamond being traded in must be undamaged and must include the original GIA diamond grading report.
