Sizing and other alterations void the exchange policy. Altered items are not returnable or exchangeable. Refunds are given in the same payment form as was used to purchase the item. Custom and special orders are not refundable, not exchangeable nor returnable. These are final sales. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required on all special and custom orders at the time of purchase. Custom and special orders not paid for and picked up within 90 days of completion may be considered forfeited and may be re-entered into inventory for sale. ESTATE JEWELRY Estate jewelry items are eligible for a 14 day.

WARRANTY:
All new jewelry (non-estate) items have a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defect. Our warranty does not cover excessive wear, negligence, loss, or theft. Raleigh Diamond will make the final decision in determining if the warranty issue is due to unreasonable wear or abuse.
